Solving case preparation support system and solution case preparation support method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support creation of a settlement case for an incident.SOLUTION: A settlement case creation support system 15: extracts a new incident having similarity in an equipment name and a message generation sequence in the message contained in abstraction data stored in a case pattern database 13 from an incident database 7; and displays a case abstraction result GUI 16 that defines a matching ratio of the generation sequence of the equipment name and the message of the extracted new incident with the abstraction data, as a message hit ratio, on an operation computer of a system engineer.
