PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment with which sufficient stress transmission can be performed and a covering margin of concrete can be secured.SOLUTION: A segment 1 comprises main girders 3, a skin plate 5, main girder upper flanges 7b, main girder lower flanges 7a and concrete 15 or the like. The pair of main girders 3 are connected with longitudinal ribs 17. At an outer peripheral side of the main girders 3, the main girder upper flanges 7b are provided. The main girder upper flanges 7b are formed in counter face directions of the main girders 3, respectively. At an inner peripheral side of the main girders 3, the main girder lower flanges 7a are provided. The main girder lower flanges 7a are formed in counter face directions of the main girders 3, respectively. At an outer peripheral surface side of the segment 1, the skin plate 5 is provided to spread over the main girder upper flanges 7b. The longitudinal ribs 17 are joined to the main girder lower flanges 7a and the main girder upper flanges 7b. Furthermore, at an inner peripheral side of the longitudinal ribs 17, notches 21 are provided.
