PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonalcoholic drink with improved aftertaste and enhanced drinkability and a method of producing the same, and a method of improving aftertaste and enhancing drinkability.SOLUTION: A nonalcoholic drink comprises water-soluble dietary fiber, and sodium.
