PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiation performance of a battery which is packaged by a laminate film.SOLUTION: Outer package material contains black body material which can utilize black body radiation, and has a layer of which emissivity is 0.6 or more. The outer package material comprises at least an outer layer film, a metal foil, and an inner layer film, and it is preferable that the layer containing the black body material is at the outside of the metal foil. It is preferable that the black body material is at least one of carbon material, silicate material, and metal oxide material, and average particle size is 1.0 m or less.
