This disclosure relates generally to adjusting FOV of image capturing device and more particularly to a system and method of dynamically panning and tilting the FOV based on a parking position.;In one embodiment, a system for dynamically adjusting FOV of an image capturing device associated with a vehicle is disclosed. The system comprises a processor and a memory that stores processor instructions, which, on execution, causes the processor to determine at least one of direction of the vehicle with respect to a normal, centrifugal force associated with the vehicle, tilt of the vehicle against horizon, gravitational force associated with the vehicle and a driving profile of a driver of the vehicle. The processor further determines a parking position of the vehicle. The processor further adjusts the FOV of the image capturing device based on at least one of the parking position and the driving profile of the driver.
