USER RESEARCH LED SOFTWARE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

A user research-led design framework for a software design and development process is provided. In accordance with one aspect, research materials are received from a user in a user research stage of the software design and development process. User input including attributes of a use case to be created is further received. The attributes of the use case is dynamically analyzed as the user input is received. Validation messages are displayed on the user interface based on the analysis. The use case is created and stored in a database. The created use case is visualized using a hybrid use case diagram comprising diagrammatic and textual representations of the attributes of the use case. A readiness check may be performed based on the received research materials to determine the readiness status of the user in the software design and development process.
