A method for dispatching vehicles to a destination that is associated with a service is provided. The method comprises: determining a count of tickets associated with the service in response to receiving one or more identifiers of the tickets associated with the service, the received one or more identifiers being associated with one or more pick-up locations; determining a number of vehicles to be dispatched based on the determined count; and sending a signal for dispatching the number of vehicles to the one or more pick-up locations.
