A transfusion speed regulator, a transfusion monitoring system and an operation method of the transfusion monitoring system are disclosed. The transfusion speed regulator includes a housing, a lead rail, an actuator and a regulating roller. The housing includes a bottom plate; the lead rail is on the housing and is not parallel to the bottom plate; the regulating roller is configured to be moved along the lead rail to regulate a transfusion speed; and the actuator is configured to drive the regulating roller to move.
