A system and method for preventing and reducing droopy and puffy eyelids and for preserving and restoring visual acuities and preventing and reducing presbyopia and visual losses. The system comprises an apparatus having diverse structures for modulating and controlling the circulations and volumes of blood and fluids in eyelids, eyes and surrounding soft tissues and a means for avoiding the compression and disruptions of the circulations and physiology of the corneas and lenses, networked repositories for predicting and extrapolating trends of developments of said conditions and the needs of utilizations of said system and networked machines for producing individual customized apparatuses for fitting said organs and tissues of individuals.
