This invention is an exercise device on which a human can perform glute-ham raises and six different versions of a Nordic leg curl, the six different versions of the Nordic leg curl each beginning with the knees existing flexed to a unique degree, the thighs resting against a padded support such that the hamstrings are mostly disengaged, the shins resting against a padded support, the ankles trapped between two padded supports, and the surfaces of the feet or shoes pressing against a solid surface.
