External Triggering of Geographically Focused Targeted Messaging and Related Massive Data Management

A system and method are presented that presents targeted messaging to recipient's devices. The system operates by providing a control system server containing message programming and a relational database. The system receives trigger data at the relational database as well recipient data. A recipient data source provides recipient data to the message programming. A messaging purchase interface is also provided, and is configured to provide the control system server with an ordered messaging program including business rules and message content. The system determines that a first trigger data item meets the business rules of the ordered message program and uses the business rules to identify a first subset of recipients to receive the ordered message content. The system then reviews and transmits that content to at least one digital device of at least one healthcare provider.
