The object of the invention is a de-icing system (32) for an axial turbomachine, in particular for a separation spout (22) for a low-pressure compressor (4). The system comprises: an axis of rotation (14); an annular vein (34; 35); electric heating elements (36) arranged in the annular vein (34; 35). The heating elements (36) are distributed in different angular sectors (38) defined around the axis of rotation (14) so as to angularly defrost the annular vein (34; 35). The system is configured to power the angular sectors (38) of heating elements (36) step by step.
