The present invention relates to a circular crank sliding mechanism (3) comprising a vibrating crankshaft (2) having at least one crank pin (1-3); at least one circular slider (3) with an eccentric bore (3-1) that fits over the crankshaft pin (1-3); at least one reciprocating element (5) with circular slider (3) - receiving bore (5-4), which receives the circular slider (3) in a rotatable manner, the amount of the element is equal to that of the circular slider (3); and at least one dynamic balance rotating block (4) with an eccentric bore (4-1) which engages over the same crankshaft pin (1-3), the dynamic balance rotating block (4) and the adjacent circular slider (3) are fixed together. By means of the correct selection of the mounting location and mass of the dynamic equilibrium rotary block (4) the mechanism can convert the alternate inertia of the alternate element to the inertia of rotation to obtain the balancing effect. The invention also provides a part for the circular crank sliding mechanism (3) and an internal combustion engine and compressor utilizing the circular sliding crank mechanism (3).
