A piston for a crank and circular slider mechanism includes a head (1) and a piston seat (2) fixedly connected with the head, a circular slider holding hole (2-2) is placed in the piston seat, wherein a reinforcing sheet (3) is placed on the edge of the end face of the circular slider holding hole and across the waist area of the piston seat, and the reinforcing sheet is detachably assembled on the piston seat. The piston can improve the strength of the waist on the condition that the volume or the weight is increased as less as possible. An internal combustion engine and a compressor are also provided.
