The invention includes two connected nozzles which project vented foam from substantially localized flows in approximately opposite directions. the two nozzles have a flow cutter in a portion of the nozzle tip with fins that are substantially jetted with a solid tip bore discharge orifice. the two nozzles are preferably coupled approximately downstream of, and in fluid communication with, at least one ambient air vent chamber structure in combination with the two nozzles to produce vented foam. a third nozzle of the fixed system is structured to discharge in one direction within 30 198 of a perpendicular to the discharge axis defined by the two nozzles discharging in approximately opposite directions.
