It is reported in the present invention a equipment for the evaluation of the performance of fluids used in drilling operations in oil producing wells.That allows the study of the efficiency of the materials that are an integral part of the drilling fluids by means of simulation of fractures that occur in the formations along a stretch of perforation.A shaft and tests the ability to fight carried out by drilling fluids in the loss of movement of the latter by infiltration in fractures.The equipment basically comprises two sections (210, 220) independent, with a hydraulic diameter equivalent to the offset between a open hole 12.25 inches, with a column of 5 inches in its interior and the void between an open hole of 8.5 inches with a column of 5 inches in its interior and two tables of channels.Which simulate fractures.This arrangement is mounted in a module support (100) that allows to rotate angularmente so that can represent all of the possible orientations that a fracture may have in nature.A method of operation of the equipment is also reported.
