bispecific monovalent diabodies, bispecific monovalent diabodies, pharmaceutical composition, use of the pharmaceutical composition, cell expressing a polypeptide chain of any of the bispecific monovalent bodies, polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide, and cell expressing an antibody or a portion of polypeptide or fragment of the present invention is directed to bispecific monovalent diabodies comprising two polypeptide chains and having at least one cd3 epitope-specific binding site and a gpa33 epitope-specific binding site (i.e. a " bispecific monovalent gpa33 x cd3 diabody "). The present invention is also directed to bispecific monovalent diabodies comprising an immunoglobulin fc domain ("bispecific monovalent diacodies") and are composed of three polypeptide chains and having at least one gpa33 epitope-specific binding site and one specific binding site for a cd3 epitope (i.e., a "gpa33 x cd3 bispecific monovalent fc body"). the bispecific monovalent diabodies and bispecific monovalent diabodies of the present invention are capable of binding simultaneously to gpa33 and cd3. The invention is directed to pharmaceutical compositions containing such bispecific monovalent or such bispecific monovalent diabodies.
