The method also includes comparing one or more opportunity scores for synchronizing application data. One or more opportunity scores includes an opportunity score for the current network. each opportunity score is associated with a particular network. The method also includes determining, based on comparison, whether the current network is a good opportunity network to synchronize mobile app data.
