The present invention is a single dose powder inhaler and its manufacturing method. It is comprised of an inhaler housing having a housing portion (1) in which at least one medicament chamber (11) is molded with a dose of a powdered medicament and wherein the inhaler housing has a hole in it. (13 ') and an outlet channel (13) extending from the medicament chamber (11) to the outlet port (13'). advantageously the outlet channel (13) is molded into the housing part (1). furthermore in the housing part (1) an air inlet port (12 ') is molded into one side away from the outlet port (13') of the medicament chamber (11) and an inlet channel (12) wherein the inlet channel (12) extends from the air inlet port (12 ') to the medicine chamber (11).
