The present invention relates to a polymer blend consisting of (a) 60-96 weight percent of a first high molecular weight elastomeric polymer, (b) 4-35 weight percent of a second low polymer molecular weight and optionally (c) 0-13 weight percent of an extender oil, wherein the amounts of components (a), (b) and (c) are based on the total weight of the polymer blend.
