systems, methods and software to determine ambiguity of medical terms. Some known medical terms may work as non-medical terms depending on their specific context. Therefore, the present inventors have devised systems, methods, and software that make it easy to determine if a term that is found in one medical body is probably a medical term when found in another body. An exemplary embodiment is given a term and computes an ambiguity markup based on language models for a medical and non-medical staff.
