cement powder, apatitic calcium phosphate cement, injectable cpc use, in vitor or ex vivo uses of a cpc and dental or bone implant. The present invention relates to a novel powdered cement comprising an organic component consisting of one or more biocompatible and bioresorbable polymers and an inorganic component consisting of one or more calcium phosphate compounds. The invention also relates to apatitic cpc resulting from mixing said powdered cement with a liquid phase and curing.
