The application under consideration discloses in Section 1 an insulating material that can improve the thermal insulation capacity of buildings, characterized by at least the following components:A. 80% to 95% Eukalipto fibers by weight can be selected from other fibers arranged on the horizontal plane. The fibers are between 2 and 250 mm in length and 7% to 15% in humidity.B.1-15% thermosetting or weight percentage of polyurethane polymer; andC. The weight percentage of infrared radiation decompressor in the form of pigments or organic compounds is 0.1-10%.2. The application under consideration discloses in Section 7 the manufacturing process of Section 1 insulating material, which is characterized by a cold process, including at least the following steps:(a) Fiber treatment: In the dry fiber layer with moisture between 7% and 15%, the textile orientation and curing technology are used to adjust the heat flow direction perpendicular to the direction of heat flow in the material.(b) Addition of polymers and retardants: Polymers and retardants must be added to a mechanical stirred reactor through a suspension procedure using glass pearls or other media, followed by retardants; once the mixing is successful, uniform dispersion will be checked. (a) Store particulates in polymers in containers or drums at ambient temperatures through barometers;(c) Mixing of fibers with adhesives and decompressors: Mixtures obtained at (b) level are incorporated into (a) level fibre spraying equipment. Depending on whether the fibers are stratified or randomly arranged, shrinkage ratios of 6% to 20% are applicable to the volume of layers or total fibers. (a) The pressure of the injection equipment is between 2 and 150 bars, the ambient temperature is between - 2 and 45 degrees Celsius, and the opening time is 1 to 40 minutes.(d) Material casting: Made of flat or bending dies, under environmental conditions, materials are released and pressed in less than 30 minutes of opening time and 1 to 90 minutes of closing time.
