This invention is generally associated with compositions and methods for the treatment of cancer and neoplastic disease. Substituted compounds of 3-aminopyridine derivatives are present,3-aminopyridazine substrates,and pharmaceutical combinations containing those compounds. The compounds and compounds in question are useful in inhibiting tissue demmethylation. Further,the compounds and compositions of the invention are useful for the treatment of cancer,such as prostate cancer,breast cancer,bladder cancer,lung cancer and/or melanoma and the like.
