A device for deep application of compost into a stem belt of permanent grasslands comprises a frame (1) on which an organic material container (3) with walls declining to the bathtub-shaped bottom. The frame (1) is provided with a splitting wedge blade (9) for opening the furrow and, in the space behind the blade (9), the frame (1) is provided with means (10) for earthing the furrow up and for levelling the soil surface. The container (3) is provided, in the lower third, with a tedder (4), preferably with a finger tedder, and a dosing screw conveyor (5) located in the bathtub-shaped bottom of the container (3), leading into the opening located above the splitting wedge blade (9) and provided with a rectifying hopper (8) leading into splitting wedge blade (9).
