A method of contactless detection of fish health and a device for implementing this method

The invention relates to a method of contactless detection of fish health (1) in their natural environment where the field of view (2) of a 3D camera (5) and the field of view (2) of a high resolution camera (6) are directed into the monitored area (3). The fields of view (2) of both the cameras (5, 6) overlap at least partially. Subsequently, the primary image, for which the presence of at least one fish (1) in a suitable position is verified in the computer (4), is captured by the 3D camera (5). Next, at least one secondary picture is captured by the high resolution camera (6), in which the recorded fish (1) is located in a suitable position by the computer (4) using the data from the primary image processing. The selected data file of the secondary image with the recorded fish (1) is analyzed in the computer for identifying the recorded fish (1), and the selected data file of the secondary image with the recorded fish (1) is analyzed in the computer to find the visual symptoms (7) accompanying the change in health status of the recorded identified fish (1).
