METHOD FOR PREGESTATION PREPARATION OF FEMALE PATIENTS WITH ANTI-PHOSPHOLIPIDE SYNDROME

The invention relates to medicine, particularly gynaecology. A method for pregestation preparation of anti-phospholipide syndrome patients is characteristic by that hirudotherapy course of 9 to 13 seances each second to fourth day is administered to a patient. Treatments are conducted depending on menstrual cycle; in first three menstrual days, 1 to 3 leeches in a seance upon fornix of vagina, and/or perineal region, and/or cervix; on subsequent menstrual days, 4 to 7 leeches in a seance upon fornix of vagina, and/or perineal region, and/or cervix; then 3 to 8 leeches in a seance upon acupuncture points in reflexogenic zones: during the first half of menstrual cycle, upon neck-and-collar zone, head and neck region; subsequently, seances are conducted applying leeches to one of the below reflexogenic zones: lumbar region, sacrococcygeal region, right hypochondrium site, left hypochondrium and abdominal region, lower abdominal region, lower extremities, upper extremities, front neck and breast region. The method provided can optimize pregestation preparation of women with anti-phospholipide syndrome, increase therapy efficiency, and reduce probability of pre-embryonic and early embryonic losses during pregnancy.
