The invention is related to the field of pharmaceutical technology, in particular, to lyophilized preparations of adenosine triphosphate and a complex of group B vitamins and to a preparation of adenosine triphosphate and a complex of group B vitamins in the form of injections. Further, the invention comprises production of the lyophilized preparation of adenosine triphosphate and the complex of group B vitamins and production of the preparation of adenosine triphosphate and the complex of group B vitamins in the form of injections.
