The regulator contains a constant voltage source (35) and a load (31) connected in between, a generator (1) of the output current flowing in the load supply circuit (31), a constant voltage converter into a constant current (8) ensuring a stable current in the load (31), as well as providing separation of the "bias voltage" and "feedback signal" from each other, due to which the power of the electric power consumed by the DC regulator flowing in the load supply circuit is reduced.
