SELF-ACTING PLANAR ROTARY ROASTER FOR SOUVLAKIS

Novelty: a self-acting planar rotary roaster for souvlakis is disclosed. Constitution: a row of gears 1 moving via the electric motor 2 and having holes 3 on their shaft for holding the wooden souvlaki skewers, a cover 4 protecting the gears and recesses 5 retaining the wooden skewers in position while roasting; said recesses are regulated by screws 6 for matching the size of all wooden skewers circulating in the market. The number of the gears depends on the selected length of the roaster in use. Purpose: to uniformly roast -in least time- meat, vegetables, fish, cheese and any kind of roastable food pierceable by wooden skewers.
