A Novel High-Voltage Process for Reproducible Fabrication of Microscopic and Nanoscopic Probes for Scanning Electrochemical Microscope Abstract of the Invention The present invention relates to the fabrication of microscopic and nanoscopic metal, semiconductor and carbon probes for electrochemical imaging. The invented process is a novel high voltage process capable of producing imaging probes of reproducible dimension and precision which would enable high-resolution electrochemical imaging.
