A system and method according to the present disclosure apprises a user with information about a service that said user is availing on a computing device, said information being apprised by an entity and said information being apprised on a display of the computing device. The system includes a service selection module to enables the user to select the service from a plurality of available services through the display of the computing device, said selected service being rendered by the entity, a meeting scheduler module to enables scheduling of a meeting between the entity and the user, wherein the user meets the entity or a representative thereof, and an escalation module to enable the user to issue a grievance if the user is not able to avail the selected service based on outcome of the meeting scheduler, said grievance being transmitted in real-time to another entity.
