The present invention relates to an intelligent search engine that has the roadmap of the pattern followed by the changes in the socio- economic, health and disease status of a population, in a region, over a period. It establishes the co-ordinates of an individual on the roadmap, makes the person aware of his/her status as compared to the average and the best in the cluster that he/she belongs. It predicts the probable prognosis of the status of the individual, makes him/her aware of the options available, the changes that need to be made in order to avail of chosen option, predicts the incubation period and serially assess the progress. The main feature of the search engine is that it is an intelligent system that validates existing scientific principles, theories, and hypotheses, assesses the impact of religious practices, customs and beliefs and generates new hypotheses; it learns, improves and evolves each time that it is used.
