In the road side retailers, fish markets, restaurants, fish food processing center have main problem of cleaning the fish. It is main problem to deliver a fish to the customer. The customer is satisfied only he have clean fish. The customer buy fish in different stage. They need it fresh, fried, boiled, roasted and juiced. In these process the important aspect is clean. If the fish not cleaned it decrease the taste and it makes issue. So we create an idea to make fish cleaning machine in low cost. In the market so many product to use clean the fish, it is too costly to middle class peoples. They put small investment for their business, so they can't have these types of machines. The fish cleaning process lakes more time in the rush situation, even though tons and tons offish is use by day to day life. It takes more time than it be cooked. By using our project we can clean the fish within seconds. There is no delay in restaurants and middles class shops. It is cost effective and low cost to buy. It needs small place to deploy this machine. We can clean the scale of fish and cut the center part of fish. It can clean the waste parts of the fish. The human effort is decreased in the machine. In real time the existing process have more number of workers are used only for cleaning the fish. It wastes the time and money. In the whole sale shops the fish cleaning process takes more time and it damage the freshness of fish and makes smell in the fish. But in the project we reduce the time of fish cleaning process. So we make it fresh to the customer. This fish cleaning machine makes big revolutions in the fish food processing. machine. The rob is connected in the center of the roller and it be fixed with bushes. The pulley is connected with rods and bushes. It is connected by the belts-from the motor. They are two roller setup in this machine. And they are placed in opposite direction in vertical side. It is used to clean the scale of fish on both sides. In a single roller case it have five roller setups. It is used to perfectly clean the fish. The water pump motor is used to spray the water in these setup. It splits the scale offish. And it cleans again and again for the better results. The cleaned water is filtered and recycled for reuse. The water dispenser is used to spray the water inside the machine. After the process the cleaned fishes settled in a tray. The waste scale is stored in a container. And the water is passed to the water recycling block. In this mechanism the machine cleaning is very easy. And it is ECO friendly to the environment. RESULTS The result of the project is gives the cleaned fish from the fresh fish.
