A method and system for providing a system that allows creating optin forms that enables adding a new user or lead (such as email, phone, or name) to a different mailing list based on the information provided. The user on client system is provided an optin form to fill and may offer selection from multiple choices. The optin form may also specify the specific list to add the user to, whether or not displayed to the user, or such information may be stored in the server system, and accordingly the new user/lead is added to the right list, which may be based on the selection from the multiple choice question or fill in the blank question by parsing to find specific words or understanding the language or determined otherwise.
