A method for collection, management, development and incubation of multiple ideas, includes the steps of, providing an admin access to one or more admins, the admin access being aimed at collecting, managing, developing and incubating the multiple ideas; allowing, via the admin access, the one or more admins to access an application resource via an admin device; providing a user access to one or more users, the user access being aimed at submitting the multiple ideas; and, allowing, via the user access, the one or more users to access the application resource via a user device. In use, the multiple ideas are categorized into multiple idea categories.
