Authentication and Generation of Cryptography Key using Gait Biometric Features

ABSTRACT A method of generating a cryptographic key based on human movement comprising capturing plurality of image frames depicting the human movement, transforming the image frames into corresponding plurality of silhouette images; determining plurality of widths between the gaits in a gait cycle, determining plurality of heights corresponding to the plurality of the widths, determining a reference point in each frame and generating the cryptographic key in relation with the widths, the heights and the reference point. The widths and the heights are used for determining a corresponding boundary area of the human movement in the image frame. The generation of the cryptographic key further comprises plurality of mean values forming a dataset in relation to the height, the width and the boundary area along with a summation value of the reference points determined for the plurality of image frames.
