A method of customizing and personalizing information provided by a financial institution is provided. The method comprises receiving a first information related to a first user and a second user, customizing a service related information based on the received first information, wherein the service related information is a particular related to a service performed by a server apparatus of the financial institution between the first user and the second user, receiving a second information from the second user, wherein the second information is a personalized information for the first user, composing a message based on a combination of the received second information with the customized service related information, and transmitting, via a transmitter, the composed message to the first user. The composed message is transmitted via a Short Message Service (SMS).
