A biotechnology toilet (B) provided with a decomposing process device that includes a process tank (10) having a toilet bowl opening and an inspection opening formed in an upper surface; two rotation shafts (21) horizontally in the process tank (10) so as to be in parallel with each other, and driven and rotatable in the process tank; and a conveying blade (22) formed spirally around each of the rotation shaft; and a non-flush toilet bowl (3) attached to a toilet bowl attachment plate (2) that covers the toilet bowl opening of the decomposing process device. The decomposition process device also includes a circumferential stirring member (24) that stirs an organic waste and a sawdust (p) in a circumferential direction so as to prevent the organic waste and the sawdust from sticking to an internal side face of the process tank.
