The present invention provides, a deshelling machine for charoli nut. The deshelling machine comprises: Stationary emery abrasive stone (Disc 1) for opening for feeding charoli into the deshelling system; Rotating emery abrasive Stone (Disc 2) for crushesing the charoli nut with disc 1; Cross support plate to supports bottom disc 2 for uniform balanced rotating motion, and provide rigidity to the disc; Bearing housing to support load of bottom disc 2 and transmits power through gear drive; Cylindrical housing (Collecting duct) that covers the emery abrasive stone (disc 1 and disc 2) and also serves as a collecting duct; Power transmission system to transmit hand power to rotating emery abrasive Stone (Disc 2) through bevel gears; bearing supporting the transmission shaft and Clearance adjustment screw for adjusting the clearence between Stationary emery abrasive stone (Disc 1) and Rotating emery abrasive Stone (Disc 2). The unshelled Charoli nut are fed from the top hopper in small quantity, and moved in between the clearance of stationary emery abrasive stone (Disc 1) and rotating emery abrasive stone (Disc 2) where deshelling of Charoli nut is performed due to rolling friction and load of emery abrasive stone. The deshelled nuts, kernel and husk are collected on grading layers.
