An improved wastewater treatment plant using the Bio-dopp process is provided,which is characterized in that the aeration aerobic area is designed as a ring ditch. Thering ditch has water propulsion units inside, and an admitting and mixing reactionarea, a water elevating area, and a deposition area are disposed in the inner sidethereof, and is communicated with the deposition area and the admitting and mixinge reaction area respectively. Such a structure of tanks solves the contradiction betweenthe low OD and high sludge content which are required by the Bio-dopp process andensures low OD and- high sludge content, thus and ensuring the actual effect andexertion of competitive advantages of the Bio-dopp process. In the treatment, two ormore circulations are formed, which not only facilitates the equipment maintenancewithout shutting ,down the whole system, but also providing high and adjustablereflux ratio. The adjustability of the practical operating is further improved by thecontrollable gates or valves added between the water elevating area and the ring ditch,which can be flexibly added or start or stop the aeration units according to the qualityof water to be treated during or after construction, the gates and valves, so the system@ has good application scalability and adaptability.
