The present invention relates to a cream based on the mixture of Arnica-Methyl Salicylate-Compound S16, which is a compound developed for the pain relief caused by daily life traumatisms, as well as the sensation of heaviness caused by vascular insufficiency, discouraging telangiectasia, ecchymosis, and faint of ochre dermatitis. The anti-inflammatory association of arnica and salicylate has shown their effectiveness for the relief of minor sports injuries. The S16 compound produces local effects on the skin coat and stimulates cell proliferation in the spinous stratum, thus promoting the healing of its epithelium regenerating, exerting vascular effects, and combating edema. The association of these products proves to possess synergy for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and regenerative properties of the epithelium, adding the analgesic and anti-inflammatory power. The said cream for topical application contains arnica of up 1% to 20%, methyl-salicylate of up 3% to 25%, and S1 compoun d of up 5% to 20%.
