The present disclosure is related to the construction of an electronic circuit capable of generating a square signal with a frequency of 1.95 MHz and with a magnitude of 28Vpeak. The first stage consists in scaling the AC signal of an electricity outlet using a transformer with a 5:1 ratio (U1) to get 24Vrms. In the second instance, a wave rectification was performed with a diode bridge (D1). Once rectified, capacitors C1 and C2 were used to reduce the riser voltage. Next, a LM7815C regulator is used to limit the voltage to 15 volts, followed by an additional capacitor (C3). For the pulses generation, the LM555 circuit is implemented in an astable configuration, which based on the values of R1, R2 and C4, generates a square signal at 1.95 MHz at a voltage of 5Vpeak. Finally, the IR2110 is the device in charge of generating amplification signal until the same reaches 30Vpeak. This device is powered with 5 volts, regulated by the LM7805C circuit followed by the C6 capacitor. The generat ed signal is limited by means of an R3 resistance to finally excite the ceramic ingot represented by the X1. 2 crystals.
