The present disclosure is related to a method that includes different means for closed vitrification and direct transfer of embryos, zygotes, and animals, preferably mammals; uses melatonin as a reactive oxygen species (ROS) collector that could affect the viability of the samples, and finally the transfer is made in one step; leaving the straws ready for direct transfer. This procedure prevents the vitrified straw from being stirred in the heating stage, which is why in other protected technological developments, the column containing the embryo is placed between two columns of heating means, and in this phase, the straw is shaken so that the columns send the embryo to any side of the same to make contact with the heating medium that corresponds to the agitation that is given to the straw.
