The present invention relates to a non-invasive diagnostic method for the detection of the species causing bovine anaplasmosis based on an indirect ELISA test. The diagnostic method is based on the use of peptides of synthetic origin derived from the MSP5 and MSP1 proteins of Anaplasma Marginale, which are detected by antibodies (IgG) present in animal sera. The recognition of antigens by antibodies occurs in wells of polystyrene microplates that allow the analysis of up to 29 samples and controls in triplicate.
