摘要

The invention relates to a device, a modified culture plate and a method using the same, for measuring, in real time, the cell movement in ex-vivo system. According to the invention, the device is a rectangular frame, made of polypropylene, having a width of 1 mm, a length of 4.9 mm, a height of 123 mm and a contact surface of 4.9 mm. The claimed culture plate is a cell culture plate with wells having a surface of 0.2 cm, or a culture plate with golden microelectrodes with 96 or 16 wells, respectively, in which a detachable device, as claimed by the invention, is inserted, positioned along the well diameter, the device area of contact with the well bottom being insulated with 5 μl of biocompatible protein per well. The claimed method consists in cultivating 7000 adherent human cells per well, re-suspended in a volume of 100 μl of medium, after which the device is removed and cell migration is measured in an in-vitro system, in real time, using cellular impedance.
