摘要

The invention relates to derivatives with quinolone structure with antimicrobial activity and to a process for preparing the same. The claimed derivatives have the formula wherein Ris 3-methyl-piperidinyl, piperidinyl, pyrrolidinyl, 3-methyl-piperazinyl or 3-methyl-4-acetyl-piperazinyl and Ris a hydrogen atom or a chlorine atom. The claimed process consists in successive stages of protecting the piperazine nitrogen atom of the quinolone derivative wherein Ris 3-methyl-piperazinyl and Ris hydrogen, and the hydrolysis, in concentrated hydrochloric acid medium, of the quinolone derivative wherein the Ris 4-acetyl-3-methyl-piperazinyl and Ris a chlorine atom.
