The invention relates to a mono-mobile planetary speed-amplifier with two inputs and two outputs, meant to be integrated e. g. within a wind power system. According to the invention, the amplifier comprises two central gear wheels (1 and 3) with exterior and interior toothing, respectively, integral with a mobile rotor (2) of a counter-rotating electric generator and with a mobile stator (4) of the electric generator, respectively, the wheels (1 and 3) are put into motion by means of a satellite gear (5) integral with another satellite gear (6) which engages with a fixed central gear (7) with interior toothing, the satellite gears (5 and 6) form a double satellite which is put into motion by a satellite-holder element (8) integral with a main wind rotor (9), the gear wheel (3) with interior toothing being integral with a secondary wind rotor (10).
