The invention relates to association complexes with anti-tumour effect and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the complexes have the general formula [RuCl(L)(DMSO)]HP β CD, wherein L is pipemidic acid, enoxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin and HP β CD is (2-hydroxypropyl)- β -cyclodextrin. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in adding an aqueous cyclodextrin solution to a slightly alkaline solution of ruthenium complex, in a molar ratio of 2:1, followed by neutralization, filtration and drying.
