The invention relates to a differential resistive sensor for measuring humidity in the ambient, meant to be used in the field of high-accuracy electronic instruments, apparatuses and devices, air conditioning control systems, food product preservation systems, etc. According to the invention, the sensor is made of two identical components of copper-zinc ferrite with addition of tungsten, exhibiting sandwich-type porous electrodes on the two surfaces plane-parallel to each other. The resistive-type sensor uses spinel ferrite with the composition CuZnFeO+ 23% WOand operates in direct current.
